Like many others, I have just acquired a new laptop (Lenovo Y500) with Windows 7, and cannot get the drvers to install.
 The download is successful, but installation stalls at "preinstallation".

At the same time I notice that the C drive is nearly full(my machine comes with a 1 Tb hard drive that is partitioned into C (58 Gb), D, E, and F drives, and I am not sure why the C drive is nearly full already)

Could the C drive be somehow connected to the installation problem?  If so, are there any suggestions about how to resolve this problem?

I look forward to the day when I can print again.
