Cannot connect PC to the wireless network

We've been trying for ages to connect my PC to our router (you have to enter the MAC code) but had no success.  I have recently moved house and the PC worked fine in the old house but never here.  It can see the network but not connect.  I'm running Vista. 
Does anyone have any suggestions?  It's driving me crazy and I really need the internet now!

• In the File Name box, type a name for your backup file, such as "Windows Operating System Backup".
