Computer stuck in a Chkdsk loop on Windows XP.

Whenever I start up Windows XP Home it shows to be starting up and then loading my personal settings.
But tnen it does a check disk only to complete the check, reboot, and then start another disk check.

Method 1-
 
I would have you boot into Safe Mode and check.

Note: Make sure you get the computer back to Normal Mode after performing all the troubleshooting steps.
 
Method 2-
I would have you run the Chkdsk through the Command Prompt in Recovery console.

Method 3-
I would have you perform a repair install of Windows XP.

Note: The Chkdsk will try to repair bad sectors on the hard drive.
Any data present on these sectors might be lost.
The computer can also go into a no boot state.
Make sure to back up the data on the computer before proceeding further.
