I have a conditional sum formula on a set of records that has worked quite well.  I increased the size of records to close to 900,000.  When this occurred, the formula quit working and returned #Value.  My question, is there a row limit to the conditional
sum formula?  My previous record limit was around 60,000

There is definitely some #VALUE! error appearing your range.  When you remove those errors, your formula should work.  Also, as Jeeped has suggested below, it will be far more efficient to use the SUMIFS() function.
