After I downloaded Win 8.1, I've had an issue with apps (e.g., Outlook, NBC News, Amazon, Netflix, Huffington) closing randomly in Start. This is happening a couple of times a day. This was never an issue for me in Win 8; so this seems to be tied clearly
to Win 8.1. So far this is the only issue I've run across. Everything else is working great. Any help would be appreciated.
