Am trying to extend a SUM formula which references another sheet.
The referenced cells are in batches of 7 and I want to extend the formula sequentially ie.
SUM(sheet1!d45:d46) and next one will be SUM(sheet1!d47:d53).
Instead I'm getting the next one
as SUM(sheet1!d46:d52).
Any help with this?

Try this formula:
=SUM(OFFSET(Sheet1!$D$45:$D$51,(ROWS($1:1)-1)*7,))

Note: this section: ROWS($1:1)
should reference the row that the first formula is on.

So, if the formulas begin on Row_5, the formula would be this:
=SUM(OFFSET(Sheet1!$D$45:$D$51,(ROWS($5:5)-1)*7,))

Copy that formula down to sum the next increments of 7 cells.

On running the System Update readiness Command, it will Detect & Replace Incorrect Registry data with the Correct one. Which may ultimately Solve Am trying to extend a SUM formula which references another sheet. The referenced cells are in batches of 7 and I want to extend the formula sequentially. Any help with this??? in Windows.

1. Open CMD as Administrator by Simply Right Clicking on Start button > Command Prompt (Admin).
2. Now Type or Copy paste "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth" and hit Enter,
3. Now again Type or Copy paste this "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" and hit Enter.
4. Close the Command Prompt Window because we are done.
