Automatic Change of Formula for Particular Cell Depending on Cell Contents [Solved]

Automatic Change of Formula for Particular Cell Depending on Cell Contents

I was wanting to know if it is possible to use a cell that contains a dollar amount to change the formula on a particular cell.

Example:

A1 has a cell that can contain a Pay Rate from $4.75+
B1 has the formula that changes depending on what A1 has.

What I am wanting to be able to accomplish is any pay rate that is 4.75 to 7.24 will display one formula, and 7.25+ to display another formula.

I know to use a formula like =$D$9="No" to change the format of a cell depending on the cell contents.
But I am unsure how to make the cell change the formula, and not the format.

Matlock,
Would a simple IF get what you want:
=IF(A1<=7.24,formula1,formula2)

where you fill in formula1 (formula used when A1<=7.24) and formula2 (formula used when A1>7.24).
