On Saturday I downloaded Internet Explorer 9 and also updated Java.  Ever since then I have been unable to access the chatroom of a favourite website based in the USA.  My computer is advising me that the site has caused a crash although there is no error
message number.
 
This is a popular site and I would be surprised that is has crashed for so many days.  Could you enlighten me further?
